Placing an order and shipping
PRE‑ORDERS
Most of the items on the Achachay Shop are made to order (PRE‑ORDER), shipping will occur between fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days after the purchase is confirmed.
QUOTE ONLY
Some products are marked as Quote Only.
These items typically require additional information, such as specific certifications, custom quantities, or further logistics verification on a customer by customer basis. Submitting a quote request allows our buying team to review your needs and confirm all order details before generating an actual Puchase Order.
Items marked as ‘Quote Only’ can be added to cart in our shop, and then the feature ‘request quote’ will be activated.
Once your request is received, a member of our team will contact you to guide you through the next steps and help you finalize your order.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS & LOST PACKAGES
Delivery Timeframe
For PRE‑ORDER items, shipping will occur between fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days after the purchase is confirmed.
For items under Request a Quote, shipment timelines will be confirmed once our buying team finalizes the purchase order (PO) and verifies production capacity and delivery details with the factory and logistics partners.
Deliveries are made through the shipping companies with which ACHACHAY.SHOP® has agreements. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched accordingly.
After your order is handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package through the courier’s website.
ACHACHAY.SHOP® is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events. Nor will ACHACHAY.SHOP® be responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to customer‑related issues (e.g., incorrect address, absence). In these cases, you must contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
For security reasons, orders will not be fulfilled if the recipient or their address cannot be verified.
Product Delivery
ACHACHAY.SHOP® commits to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. We are not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, the courier company is responsible and will begin an investigation to locate the package. The company will determine the procedure to claim compensation based on the insured value of the shipment.
Failed Deliveries
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.
If delivery is not completed within five (5) business days of the package being sent out for delivery, the customer must contact ACHACHAY.SHOP® via email at [email protected] or call +786 267 2452. If the customer fails to respond within the 5‑day period, the package will be returned to the warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both shipping and return costs, as well as any administrative fees incurred.
Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect the condition of the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the courier.
If, after opening the package, the customer finds damage (e.g., breakage, signs of tampering, missing items), they must notify ACHACHAY.SHOP® via email within twenty‑four (24) hours of delivery. After this time, only warranty‑related claims will be accepted.
Incomplete Packages
If an item is missing from the delivered package, the customer must:
- Check the packaging condition and note any anomalies.
- Contact ACHACHAY.SHOP® at [email protected] within twenty‑four (24) hours of delivery. ACHACHAY.SHOP® will file a formal claim with the courier, valid for up to twenty‑one (21) calendar days from the date the package was delivered.
